Hola!
I am still a new missionaries and I am still having alot of firsts. Sometimes its fun to have first but other times your happy to get it over so you know what to expect. Tuesday I had my first exchange which turned better then I thought. I went to a different area with the sister trainer leader she was great I learned alot form here and it was cool seeing a different area. With this sister she didnt know any english im so happy i understood all that I did and it was more then I thought. It was lots of fun but i was very happy to get back to my area and companion that knows english but I am trying focus more on spanish so if my next companion doesnt know spanish!
The highlight of the week was my first baptism, but I also learned nothing goes has planned we had most everything planned out for the baptism but then everything fell through including our baptisers so we where calling all the members two hours before the baptism it was crazy and stressful but luckly our elders in our district were there to help us and everything ended up working out fine! It was so cool watching this family get baptimed and the next day comfirmed it was so cool after all the crazyness to have the peaceful feeling and excitement for them and seeing how much they have changed! It was really cool!
This week we also meet with the new President and his wife they seem amazing and its kinda cool being new with them. I know they will be great!
President Caffaro reminded me how on our mission we have our highest highs and lowest lows I have had both this week having the baptism then all of our fechas (people with baptisms) are not looking good it was kinda crazy. we found out that one of our investigators had been baptismed in a different church then another. But we have to be patient turst in the lord because he knows what his is doing and whats going to happen but we have to do our part!
This week I also had my first chocolate bananah which me and my companion love to much and they are only a 1Q so we have to be careful not to eat to many! I also taught my companion this week how to do cinniom tottillas which she loves!
I love you all and Im so happy to be here and I cant wait for more experince and to change for the better and I have alot to change!

Hola!!
This week has gone by kinda fast it feels like I was just emailing they other day! It has been a good week we last Pday our district and some guys from the ward played soccer it was lots of fun but goodness some of them are really good! Down here everyone loves soccer and the world cup has been going on there where couple of days we had to wait to teach people because everyone watches the games my poor conpainon she also loves soccer I swear we are getting extra blessings because the lord knows she wants to watch but doesnt. They days when there was games we didnt have the same amount of time but we meet all our goals and meet with and taught all the people we needed to.
Everyday we try to go out with a member from the ward and we are trying to work with the ward more and they are helping alot. Our mission ward leader has been so great to help us he went out teaching with us yesterday. It was cool to teach with him because we learned from him and he helped us with some of the investigators that were stuggling. We also have gone out with several return missionaries they are really great because they know the scriptures so well. I cant wait til I am more like them! Also the bishop is so great he is so busy on sundays with the whole ward but he makes time to see us and also to give us advise and help he is great about speaking slow and pronoucing all the vows so i can understand!
This Saterday I have my first baptisims!!!!! It is a father and a son and its soo cool to see how much they have changed. Everytime we visit they have the panlets out and the BOM out reading them and studying them and they little kid he is so smart and he knows all that we have taught its soo cool! I cant wait!
Everyday we plan who we are going to teach what we are going to teach and who is going to go out with us, but they dont always work out so well. Every week we have a day where everything doesnt seem to work out how we planed, because people arent perfect and somtimes we are ment to do other things. There was two days were members couldnt go out with us or none of the people where there when we tryed to teach them so we had to chang plans both those days but they still worked out ok we found new families and recometed people to coming to church!
Im learning spanish better everyday I am understanding more then I can talk. My conpanion loves teaseing me cuz Im learning how to roll my rrr`s everyday she loves to try to make me say perro, carro I better be able to by the end of my mission! I love some of the Spanish hyms some of them arent in the english they are really cool! I know this is were I am ment to be i cant believe i have been out two months already! Everyday I am learning how to be better Im so happy I have so many people around to help and encourage me! I love you all!

HOLA!!!!
So I am starting my thrid week in the field I still have moments I cant believe I am on a mission! Its been lots of fun this last week my conpanion and I went to parts of our area I havent been to yet. Ever day we have to get so many contacts and teach so many lessons with memebers and with recient converts. We had a day we tried to double our number of contacts. I am slowly getting used to going up to people on the street and talking to them! There was a day we got a bunch at once cuz we were talking to a kid who was a member and all his friends came up cuz they wanted to know where i was from and learn english it was really funny there was about 10 of them asking me questions and listening to my bad spanish it was so funny!
I am learning to have faith in the lord cuz sometimes its hard when your teaching and you can see that they are not taking in what your saying! Then there are people who your not sure if they want to change or if they are acepting what your saying but they do! There is a family the kids are baptised but them mom isnt and she isnt married my conpaionon has been working with her for a long time. The couple of times we meet with her she had talked about not wanting to change but this last week we visited again and she started opening up to us and she is actually wanting change now for her kids she talked about wanting to get married and she had stoped smoking. You could also se a difference in her it was really cool!! I hope she gets baptized! speaking of which we have two baptisims coming up on the 19 its a dad and a son!
Its interesting the different people we meet! Last week we took a bunch of kids to church and they seemed to like it so we talked to their family this week and it turned out that the family is Jewish. We talked to their grandma and they dont believe in the New Testiment or believe in Jesus Christ they just believe he was a good man. It was really crazy Its my first time hearing somthing like that.
Im getting used to walking a bunch I was pretty used to walking before my mission but here they roads arent always the best most of them are dirt and rocks also its its all step hills. There was a day were my conpainon was stressed cuz we didnt have a member to teach with us so she was hurrying to meet with a member it was crazy i havent seen her walk so fast it was hard to keep up and not fall! It was kinda funny she didnt notice how fast she was going!
I do love it here they people are so happy and funny also i am liking the food most every meal we have corn totillas they are really good! I also like putting jam on them for breakfast my conpanion thought i was crazy! Also I wash my cloths by hand i was so excited to learn its not to bad but it does take more time! Im not sure if i will ever get used to cold water showers but they arent to bad just like 123 jump in!
Somthing cool down here there is a place called the Packa where all the cloth stores in the US send the cloths that dont sell it is really cool Mom and Jan would love it. There is a bunch of great stuff for really cheep like I got a skirt for 6 Qs which is less then a dollar! Thats what we did last week shopping i gotta be careful not to buy to much stuff! My compaion is so funny she has gotten so many cute cloths there last week she was mad that she only found 2 skirts there last week!
I am learning lots here and i still have tons to learn spanish is coming slowly its the hard part is trying to learn to roll my rrrrss goodness but my conpainon loves to tease me about it!
I love you all and i hope everything is going good!
